Process
I believe in working in short, collaborative cycles to keep you, the client, involved in the project at each important step. The level of collaboration is up to you, from simple sign-off to pair development.
To this end, on any but the simplest projects, we start off by story-carding your specs. This allows us to go through each feature you need detailing who it's for and what it should do. These features become the specifications by which the application is built.

I refactored and added features to eLayaway's online layaway transaction platform to allow them to expand operations and win new business.

I re-engineered the State of Florida's official portal, replacing expensive vendor software with an in-house, open-source based system.
